James has over 35 years of experience across timberland, environmental markets, infrastructure, real estate, private equity and special situations. In addition to his role at Re-Vi, he is currently Executive Chairman of Kiland Ltd (ASX: KIL), Chairman of Eildon Capital (ASX: EDC), and Non-Executive Director of Namoi Cotton (ASX:NAM). James has previously held board positions at Timberlink Australia, Forico, and Sydney Airport Rail Link. He was formerly Head of Funds Management at New Forests and held senior positions at Hastings Funds Management and Royal Bank of Scotland. James has a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Alastair Beard
Alastair Beard is Re-Vi’s Chief Financial Officer. Alastair has provided accounting and governance services to ASX listed companies, pre-IPO start-ups and unlisted private entities for 15 years. Previously he spent his career in the energy industry, in a variety of commercial, IT and operational roles, and in the property funds management industry. Alastair holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide and is a graduate of both CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Radha Kuppalli
Radha is currently a board director and advisor to businesses and fund managers accelerating the transition to a net zero and nature-positive future. She has been developing innovative finance and commercial solutions to address climate change and the restoration of nature for over 20 years. Her career has spanned executive leadership in the asset management industry, investment in real assets and private equity, and business development and growth execution. In addition to Re-Vi, she is a board director of Accounting for Nature and of Greening Australia and is a member of the Australian Government’s Nature Finance Council. She previously was Managing Director and Executive Board Director at New Forests, where she spent 17 years. Radha has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew Metcalfe
Andrew Metcalfe is Re-Vi’s Company Secretary. He has extensive board and governance expertise. With a hands-on approach and practicality, Andrew strengthens compliance, regulatory functions, and corporate governance platforms. He has collaborated with over 50 ASX listed companies, providing support and education and establishing robust governance practices. Andrew has a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Secretarial Practice and Applied Corporate Governance and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Tim Mannion
Tim is currently the Chief Investment Officer of a multi-family office investment firm. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the finance industry across both investment banking and funds management. His extensive experience includes portfolio management at a domestic long-short hedge fund and over 13 years at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America in both Hong Kong and Sydney running various equities trading teams. Tim has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Sydney.

Haydn Smith
Haydn is the Managing Director of Wundowie Carbon, focused on reducing emissions in hard-to-abate sectors such as steel making. He previously managed the Natural Resources Credit business at Tribeca Investment Partners and had a 20-year career at Macquarie Bank, where he was an Executive Director & Executive Committee Member with the Commodities and Markets Group. Haydn holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mitch is a partner at Samuel Terry Asset Management, which manages the Samuel Terry Absolute Return Active Fund, the largest shareholder of Kiland Limited. Mitch has over 15 years of commercial experience in funds management. Mitch has a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
